| Currently (Fall, 2004) Rev. Dave is experiencing difficulty at both tracks, with Hawthorne management deciding to limit his ministry to Sunday worship and prayer with the jockeys in the fall of 2003 and Arlington Park having banned Rev. Dave entirely after months of negotiations ended on a sour note.. Because Rev. Dave has a valid license issued by the Illinois Racing Board, his legal counsel advises he not accept these limitations on his ministry. Since negotiations with track management have so far been fruitless, exploration of legal recourse is ongoing at this time and supporters of Rev. Dave from all over the country are helping in a variety of ways. Following are ways you may help. #1. Distribute a petition urging the management of both tracks to reconsider and allow Rev.
